225x1 paused all reps for 225+
260x1 Deciding that 250 will be daily min for bench.
Notes-Laid down on foam roller last night and lower back popped right back into place. pain was reduced immediately. No pain at all on Squats, no pain on benching ect, Hoping to pull some weight tomorrow.
