Completely tore my peck tendon from the bone. I have had a number of small tears over the years, and dislocated my shoulder multiple times playing football. I had worked up to a weight raw and on the 2nd rep it tore free. Doctor told me that it was only a matter of time before it tore. Friday makes 7 full weeks since the surgery.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
