First time Powerlifters
I decided to start a thread for any of you that have some questions about how an actual meet will be ran. First questions....
Ok, here are a few to start:
1- How are the weight classes divided?
2- When you say "raw" is that no gear at all? No straps, no belt?
3- How do the levels work? ( I have seen the charts- level I, II,III, IV, Elite etc but do ot know what they mean exactly)
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
