Monday Bench Press
Good session today, had some tightness but nothing bad. Lower back is sore, probably going to squat tomorrow. Wednesday I have to help my sister move into her new house.
Close Grip Bench
275 was really easy and the reps felt great. This is probably a close grip PR. All the reps were paused until the burn out sets. On the second set of 225, I stopped once I hit 50 percent of my first set. Had a couple left
Shoulders were a little sore
Seated Cable Row
Lats were crazy sore from yesterday.
That is it, need to allow some recovery for my body. Going to squat tomorrow, off day wednesday and then strongman thursday is the plan for now. Squats should be pretty easy tomorrow
