02/17/2010: CRAP Day

Workout Time: 40 minutes?

Workout Grade: B

Nothing difficult about this workout. I need to find ways to make training these bodyparts engaging. This might involve a sheer, mind blowing volume. Why not? Training traps and calves to me is almost like brushing teeth...I don't want to miss them and have these bodyparts stand out as weak.

I know my calves are big, but my legs are bigger and make my calves look underdeveloped.

I backed off on curl weight to test my tendinitis. It's feeling a little better. I needed to not rush weight for biceps.

DB Curls - 60 Seconds rest
50's x 10/10/6/5/4

BB Shrugs
225 x 8
405 x 10
500 x 6
500 x 6
405 x 10
405 x 10

Standing BB Calf Raises
225 x 20
225 x 15
225 x 12
