BAMA
is back up to #2, all is right in the world. I was at a conference this past weekend, traveling Friday morning so I was not able to get Friday's session in. Today is a busy get ready for Thanksgiving day. Band Fruit deliveries and food basket deliveries. Lots of deadlifting and rowing this morning, even before I hit the Dog House.

Inclines - Felt good today. Added weight to 5 x 5 sets and to the Pumpsets. Nothing better than that!

Smith Pendlays - These are plate weight only. Added 5 pounds to these and felt it!

Pec Deck - Added 10 pounds to these. Will stay here until I hit the three 100's.

I had to stop early to go pack the Thanksgiving Boxes and help them get out in a timely manner. Wednesday will be Quads/Hams/Glutes.
