Fatty to the rescue!
Not knowing what sort of eating scheme you use, I'll throw a few things out.
Grills are a godsend, especially if you have an enormous one. I'll toss 2 dozen chicken breasts on one and chop them up and freeze them in 1 quart bags.
Same goes for a crockpot. Dump 5 pounds of ground beef in, add mexican spices, and you have taco meat for a week.
Now to do something with your meat.
Low Carb - Chicken
Low Carb - Beef
Dump cheese, salsa, sour cream over the meat. Consume with alacrity.
Higher carb - Chicken
Add noodles or rice. And cheese. Always add cheese
Add taco shells, make nachos, enchiladas, etc.
