Sunday Strongman!!!!
Awesome session today, hit some solid PRs. Kept the workout short too, this is another goal of mine. Not wasting so much time between sets and events.

250x1 PR!!!
225x3, ties PR
250 was awesome, just need to get more comfortable in the rack position and I know I will have a lot more. This rep was a grind though, looked pretty ugly but locked it out. On the set of 225, I should have had the 4th rep, my arms locked out but I could not get under it.

Tire Flips
3 singles for warmup
10 reps in about 57 seconds PR
-training by myself, so kinda tough to time. Started timer on ipod, then started then had to check the timer once completed and it read 57 seconds . previous PR was 9 reps in a minute so crushed that

Medley, about 100 feet each with one turn
3 rounds
Log Carry x 220
Keg Carry x full keg
Stone Simulation with full keg x 5 reps

This was pretty good, the keg is pretty good for a stone simulation. Laid the keg on its side picked it right to my chest then extended up. Felt pretty explosive. This got my heart pumping.

Going to do some old fashioned stretching now, I am feeling some serious periforitis, had some pain in my glute area down my leg. Overall awesome session, feeling strong!!
