A little back rehab. . .

Light squats - 3 sets of 10 reps
Light deadlifts - 7 sets of 2 reps
Pull-throughs - 4 sets of 10 reps
KB swings - 2 sets, 1 minute each
Sled drags - until done. It was fun and hopefully helpful.
