Not a bad book, though I feel he goes off-topic to try and prove his case further and takes his diet to the ultimate of extreme bordering on the stupid; seems a solid book info wise and if applied sensibly. He backs-up his info on how the body works and quite a few of the paleo style dieters may enjoy it as well as the carb backloaders etc...it reinforces those points...an interesting read, if you can sift through a minor bit of exaggeration etc which may have been used to pad the book out, who knows.
So, are you saying he is or is not "full of it" ..... sorry, couldn't pass that up!!
