Pork Stir fry
3 pounds pork - I had boston butts slices into steaks and grilled them for this
half a cabbage
1 bell pepper
2 heads broccoli
1/4 pound snow peas
Any other veggies lurking in the fridge
1 tbsp black bean sauce
1 tbsp hot chili paste
Cook pork through. Slice into bite sized chunks (or cook it in a crock pot and shred it)
While pork is cooking, chop veggies
Add veggies to a large wok (a big cast iron skillet works too) with plenty of oil, and cook them on medium high until the onions lose some of their bite.
Add meat, bean sauce, chili paste, and soy sauce, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Easy to add carbs to this one. Add rice or noodles. Bam. Carbs.
