I'm excited and nervous about starting this program. I'm excited to 'step my game up' with this program but I'm also nervous about the assistant work because I'm so use to Reg Parks program, only doing compound movements. Now I'll be adding in new exercises and some machine exercises which seems foriegn to me after only using barbells the last 6 months. It's like I'm stepping outside my comfort zone! Anyways, gonna see the gym owner tomorrow and have him show me how to do Good Mornings, watched some instructional "How To" videos on the net, but would rather have a certified trainer work with me.
