At least until you try it. . .
Being injured at the moment, I'm not loading my spine with anything serious. But I don't want to just sit on my butt doing nothing either. So, I decided to do a crossfit workout instead.
1 min. of 45 lb thrusters, followed by 1 min. of box jumps, followed by 1 min. of pushups, followed by 1 min. of jumping jacks, followed by 40 yards of 1 arm sled rows (90 lbs/20 yards each arm). I was supposed to do three rounds but only lived through two of them. Now I think Crossfit sucks in a whole new way. . .sucks wind!
