Wide Grip Pull Ups - 8,8,6,6.

Deadlift - 140kg x5, 150kg x5, 160kg x3, 170kg x2.. Lower back felt tight so didnt push it

Barbell Bent over Rows - 80kg x8 (4 sets)

Single arm Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x8 each side x4 sets

Cable Rows - 90kg x10 (4 sets)

Lat Pull Down - 75kg x8 (4 sets)
