Monday Bench Press
Really sore today from strongman. I was able to push through. Going to run close grip bench for a while and see how it goes.
Close Grip Bench Press
All the singles were easy and done with a pause. Not very happy with the first rep set, I think I was not set up right. But I am very happy to come back and hit 12 after that and the reps felt easier.

70s x 8
90s x 3 x 6
80s x 3 x 10
*all sets plus mini bands
Good volume today, did my rows strict. Mostly because my lower back was pretty sore, but hit my back hard.
Tomorrow I will do some conditioning, need to do something to loosen up my legs. Very sore today. Did some rolling out after my workout, hoping it will help me recover.
