12/11 - Squat and Press

Notes: Almost postponed training since I felt like shit after work today. MTFU. And crushed it!!!

New program starts today, it looks like this.

Day 1 Squat 5x3, press 3x8 +Leg work

Day 2 deads and back

Day 3 Front squat 5x1@90%, Push Pres 5x3 +Additional pressing

Cant beat the simplicity of that:-)
