My wrist is really damn sore still. I tried to bench but with just the bar it was painful. I ended up skipping bench for today, but still got squats and deads dones.


Squat:
2X5@45
1X5@100
1X3@150
1X2@200
3X5@255
*Squats are starting to require a touch more rest between sets. Weight isnt heavy yet nor have I missed a rep, just starting to get winded after sets.

Deadlift:
1X5@135
1X3@225
1X2@315
1X5@350
1X1@405
*Deads are still rather easy so I pulled an easy single with 405 because its been awhile since I touched something in the 400lb range.
