Thought I would share another recipe with you! This one is wonderful for the month of November!
3/4 c flour
3/4 c ground oats
1 1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c applesauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
4 egg whites
15 oz canned pumpkin puree
1/2 c water* I find it is not needed, but it depends on the desired consistency
Preheat oven *350
Stir all wet ingredients into 1 bowl
Stir all dry ingredients into a seperate bowl
Pour the dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients and mix
Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 15-18 minutes and
For those of you whom are MACRO OBSESSED I apologize I don't have the factoids on this one! I can tell you as I was typing this my dad came in, and said he just had one, and I quote, "Man those are GOOD!"
But then he eats anything so you decide!
