Eat
Sleep
Train

Eat a well balanced diet and there is no need to supplement a single thing. Track a food log on Fitday.com or Livestrong.com and see where you are deficient. Simple fruits and veggies added to the diet can fix any need for a multi which doesn't absorb worth a poop and you simply piss your money away.

Get plenty of rest cause plain and simple you cannot recover properly without it.

Train your ass off when you hit the gym.

Those are the three supplements of Life to be taken seriously.
