considering 180kg was your previous PR you should probably have tried 185kg or 182.5kg ?
105 = previous bench PR.. 110kg just wasnt happening after the volume before hand.. Maybe in a couple of weeks
190kg was close.. Failed above the knee.. I hit 180kg before i tried the 190 and it went up without too much bother.. Hopefully I can get this in a couple of weeks
