Great point D. I am giving it a go, most of the protocol is how I already eat, for me the harder part will be the simple carbs. I am not a big sweets eater so I will be making use of really ripe bananas, sweet potato, ice cream and the occasional bread product. I do admit, I enjoyed the Whoppers tonight.
