Default Starting sunday!!!!

I am going to do a 180 turn on how i eat.....yes its a challenge for me, No more pop and chips, time to build a lean killing machine and weight at 250lbs.

My MEALS will be as followed
Breakfeast:
3 pancakes(small)
5 eggs
2 cups of orange juice
hand full of green beans
1 protein shake (1 scoop mutant mass 1 scoop whey)

Lunch:
1lb of chicken
3 apples
1 Gatorade

Supper:
1lb of beef
3 pancakes
1 protein shake(same as above)

4 weeks out- Planned Attempts
Squat: 385/405/? lbs
Bench: 295/315/?
Dead Lift:455/500/?

Master Goal: Compete in 1 Lifting Sport!!! Completed Nov 16th 2014
