Meal 1:
2 cups egg white
2 packets of oatmeal

Meal 2:
1 chicken breast
1 red potatoe

Meal 3:
1 turkey burger
1 1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 4: (Pre-workout)
1 chicken breast
2 red potatoes
1 apple

After workout
1 scoop HydroBuilder
1 scoop Gold Standard
1 bannanna

Meal 5: (post workout)
1 turkey burger
2 cups broccoli

1 salmon fillet
