Thanks Ravi - paused work is going well - I just have to make sure I wait for that rack command.

Form on the 410 was not the best I can do, but not too bad considering back was acting up. I also have to get my stance right at the meet. Oh how I wish I would be using a monolift at the meet.

Thanks for the prayers as well. The eyes will not get better, but I can hope for them to stabilize. Any damage caused up to now and in the future is permanent.
