Kinda fluffed my rack command on the 265. Grrrr. I really have to get a handle on this and quick. I reckon if I pretend the bar is some hot chic that I don't wanna let go of, I'll be good to go. It would super suck if I get red lighted at the meet after a big lift for missing that command.

Last rep on the 250 triple was super sloppy and all over the place LOL.

Crew noticed my lats caved in on the 265 paused single, thus creating more work for myself to lock it out. This is good to know. This is a great example of having someone who knows form being there live, as it is almost impossible to see that in a video.

Overall a really good session. I have now nailed my tightness down consistently for at least the first rep. Issue now is making sure I don't cave as I press it, and of course making sure I obey that stupid rack command!!
