Took 55% of my max and decided to try for as many reps as possible in 30 minutes. After 15 minutes my lower back was done.

Good workout though. I worked hard.

Deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 1

405 x 6/3/3/3/3 x 3/3/3/3/3 - 33 reps in 15 minutes
