Default Deadlift challenge

Might do some deadlift fun today for the halibut. Going to use 405 pounds and see how many reps I can complete in 60 minutes.

2 years ago I was able to get 100 reps in with 315.

If you want to join me I would say pick a weight around 55% of your max.
