Squats (heels on a board), 245 (7,7,7,4).
Calf Raise 8 reps, 305, 320, 330(7)
Leg Press, 650(8), 740(6)
W.Situps, 70 pounds, 3x15.
No time for hangcleans for the 2nd week in a row. I think I'll just do hangcleans first, before Squats.
Squats: Not thrilled with my form. So I'll stay at this weight for another week.

Bench, 240(9,8,7). 25RG missed. 1 rep short.
DbRow 95 (15,12).
Both Dips and Chins are the same as the week before and pretty much unchanged for weeks. Not sure what to do about them. Ideas? Drop the weight some and go for higher reps?
