^ I wanted to do multiple sets of 4, like the program prescribes, but I guess the weight prevented that today.

Lying Leg Curl: 8,7,6 with 175

Barbell Curl: 1 set of 33 with 45 (3-rep PR)

^ The burn was brutal toward the end.

Seated Calf Raise: 2 sets of 15 with 130 + machine
