I know one thing, I busted my ass for 6 years, in varying goal wants, and learned muscle (naturally) is one hard motha'--especially when you get older, and there is no magic f'n program, but hard work, sometimes hard knocks, bruises, tears, anger, depression, test on patience, and sheer will to get up, and do it all over again....



But this doesn't sell books. Quick and easy does.
