My 1st week of my 2nd Round of 5/3/1 got screwed up this week. So I'm going to restart it next week. Today I wasn't 100% sure what I was going to do. I need to do Deads, but the way my Back has felt this week. I wasn't going to push it. But I need to do at least some light Deadlift work.. With that Said.. I broke my Old PR, then I broke it as well....:yes:
