Notes: On my way to domination.

Tire flip
3x1 with the new 400kg+ tire. PB weight, Boom, ****ING heavy! =)

First try with the 900lbs+ tire


Yoke walk

250kg 20m x2
290kg 20m x2 - PB weight! Did not put it down once and had a pretty good speed to. Last sprint I was all over the place and tilting like a drunk, still got the work done =)

Yoke Push Press (!?)
3x1 with empty yoke (90kg about). Harder than it looks =)



Viking Press

-Lame viking press, takes alot off due to leverages so this was light.
