Week 33, Thursday, 10-18-12
Deadlift, 5 reps, 260, 350, 390(2). New 1rep PB. Really a 2rep PB.
F.Squat, 135(7), 185(5), wave one 205(3), wave two 210(3)
Calf raise 8 reps, 155, 180, 200(6).
V-ups 2x15

Deadlift: Got the reps of 350 w/o much trouble. The 2 reps of 390 were very good form. Just a tad stiff the next day. No lowerback soreness. Sweet. I might try for 1 rep of 405 next week, just to see if I can get 1 rep.

Front Squat: Form has greatly improved.

Week 33, Friday, 10-19-12
BbRow, 195(7,7,6). 25RG missed. Got 20 reps. Felt good. 1st attempt.
IncDbBench, 100(7,6,5). 25RG missed, 1 more than ever done, 4 more than last wk.
Pullups, BW+20 (8,6,6,4).
OH Press 140 (10,8,7). 25RG met. Time to move up.

Incline: Felt a lot better than before. I think the lighter BB bench on Tuesday is leaving me less stressed for Friday incline.

OHP: Got the 15 reps. Time to try 145 next week. First progress on OHP in 8 weeks.
