Here is the Video of the 300 Bench and a set of BB Rows. Everything on bench just felt heavy last night. If I would have gotten more Reps on my 5+ set. I only got 7 reps with 250. Last week I got 10 reps with 250. I wouldn't have worked up with Heavy Singles and Drop sets. Just PUTTIN THE WORK IN..

This is the last set of BB Rows.
