thanks chaps i had a very good session that day.

todays training was a complete epic fail i am experiencing some weird issues with my forearms and hand grip i seem to be losing strength from them WTF is going on i'm curious if anyone else has had this problem,my answer to this at the moment is lots of food.

chin ups@ bw couldent hold on to the bar,omg wtf is going on here
