Meet Result: 07.10.2012
Stood First in my wt. class : 95-105 wt. category. So you can understand the level of competition

Squat : 180kg / 396 lbs.
Bench : 140Kg / 308 lbs.
Deadlift : 192.5kg / 423.5 lbs.

Total : 512.5kg / 1127 lbs.

Didn't take chance on Bench as during 2nd lift feel some pain in shoulder. I planned it like 125 / 137.5 and 150 but had to let it go.

Target was around 510 kg. Could have done better in Squat and DL. I lifted those wts. w/o any problem. At least should have gone 190 Squat and 205 DL. But this is how we learn from out mistake ...
