Notes: Very tired and drained today, did not do well at all except on the log for reps witch was ok. Looking forward to rest and eat this whole week!

Log C&P - max reps in 60s
80kg - Did 6reps in 30s and then aborted since my back felt tight. PR for time, max in 60s is 10 and I could easily get it and above next saturday.
Thigh curl - 170 reps each leg.
