6/10 - ASSISTANCE WORK

Notes: Got restless so hit the weights. Lower back is hurting almost constantly and Ive got an appointment with a specialist tuesday. I will CRUSH the competition saturday and then back off and do whatever is needed to get my back up to speed, how much it will ever suck to go light/rehab it will make me stronger in the long run.
