Its the power of the mind and heart within you. So under estimated. Many spare little time exercising the mind and heart, and it IS THIS that empowers your attitude, demeanor, outlook, and fitness/power lifting goal wants and needs. We should take some time (as we do in our lifting goals) to learn (ourselves) and what motivates us to do the things we need to do.
