Floor press against dbl mini band
bar x 10 x 2 sets
60 x 10 x 2 sets
80 x 10 x 2 sets
100 x 8
120 x 8 x 4 sets (Stayed controlled with legs flat and made sure I was pressing hard with my triceps)
High incline db press
40 x 10 x 4 sets
Rope / mini band / straight bar pushdowns
30 / 30 / 30 x 2 sets
Good solid session for the day. Nothing major or exciting but does the job
