Wednesday, 10/3/12

Lifted after work. Got done in time to pick up my 12 year old from tennis pratice. About 45 minutes of gym time, give or take.

Bench Press

95x5
115x5
137.5x5x7

Chinups (between my first few warmup sets for BP)
x/1/x

I need to come to grips with the idea that I'll never be a champion chinerupper, at least not at my current weight (226ish). Bottom line is, I'm not in this to train chinups. I attempt chinups/pulldowns as an accessory to other lifts.
