Most of this was done in a combination of supersets.

Lying leg curls
8plates for 4 sets of 10

Lat pulldowns with no knee support so I had to use abs to stabilise myself
12plates for 4 sets of 10

Incline dumbell press
16kgs for 2 sets of 40

Front and side raises
6kgs for 2 sets of 10 each way

Cross body hammer curls
16kgs x 10 per arm
16kgs x 15 per arm

Triceps pushdowns
8plates for 4 sets of 10
