Sorry guys I must of got the term butt wink confused .The problem I had was keeping my back upright while squatting and deadlifting , this was based on feedback given by a trainer. I was able to fix this with the squat by not going so low .I was going ass to grass almost .

After a practice session today deadlifting with an empty bar I suspect I would be fine with some 20 kilo plates on the bar because it was only as I was about to touch the bar down to the ground that I couldn’t keep my back upright .Some 20 kilo plates on the bar means less distance for the bar to travel to the ground
