Ive got a feeling of being lazy, fat and unproductive lately since im only training 3-4 times a week. I know this is modtly mental because im recovering better and have started gaining both strength and weight again - I should be pleased right now but Iam not. Will work in GPP or something on my offdays to keep the deamons calm. Work-ethics in!
