I agree with some of the stuff but not all; a list for shopping, yes, but there's no need for a time limit etc. Also, some articles and such state that certain foods are better for satiety levels than others but I've never noticed it and with some of their foods I even feel hungrier which is the opposite of what is supposed to occur...so...


As for the 10,000 steps; has anyone tried that? Pedometers aren't great for one thing, but 10,000 steps takes a fair amount of time to accumulate and if a person has a desk job, it's not really practical on any level...a decent gym session would prove wiser, in those cases.
