Squats were feeling heavy today, so I just did some singles up to 315, which felt like 415. Obviously I am not recovered from Sunday's deadlifts and yesterday's bench. I have a commitment for Thursday, so I had to push up this session to today.
My lower back tweak is still there, unfortunately. It's not getting worse tho. I do not have any more time to fart around with it, so I am going to book a physio appointment right away. I am hoping with 1 or 2 sessions my physio dude (David) can untie the knot. (He knows me really well nowadays) If I am not 100% heading into Vegas, like I was into Vernon, my lifts will have major suckage.
With that said, managed some decent work tonight.
