A State level powerlifting competition is due on 07.10.12. Got this information yesterday only. Left with very little time to prepare. But still there are 2 weeks. It all depends upon how my shoulder is doing ... Fingers crossed ...

Shoulder is reacting pretty good. For next 2 weeks will be concentrating on doubles and singles only. Please suggest how to get maximum of these 14 days ...
