Questions about squat and overhead press form?
2 quick questions about exercise form
I just started not going as low as I was previously when squatting in order to lift more weight as progress was slowing down. If I can still feel my hamstrings being worked hard does this mean I am going down deep enough?
Is it normal for the military press to make your lower back feel sore? Or is this a sign of poor form?
