I feel GREAT! Not as sore or beat up as I usually am after a meet...think it's because I left a lot out there on Squat and Deadlift! I rested Sunday and Monday. Tuesday I did a shoulder workout and today I did a light Leg workout. Tomorrow I'm going to hit chest and triceps! Well consider my new goal 1,608!!!!! Thanks for that!!!!!
