Just find a ymca or any place that has a steam room. You can usually pay a $5 fee or similar to visit. Sit im there for 15-20 min at a time followed bya short break, until you hit your target weight. Its easy to cut 3 or 4 pounds in an hour. Rehydrate immediately after your weigh in.
